One day while The story of Alma the Younger and the Four Sons of Mosiah were traveling an angel appeared to the. They were so frightened they fell to the ground and couldn't move. The angel's voice sounded like thunder. He told them that because of the prayers of the Saints, the Lord had sent him. He told Alma the Younger and the Four Sons of Mosiah not to try to destroy the church anymore.

After the angel left, Alma the Younger was still not able to move. The Four Sons of Mosiah carried Alma to his father and told him what had happened.

Alma and King Mosiah were glad that this had happened. They knew the Lord had answered their prayers. They started to fast and pray that Alma the Younger would get his strength back again and be able to speak.

Alma the Younger couldn't move for 2 days and 2 nights but then was able to sit up and speak again. He told the people that he had repented and had been forgiven for his sins. He said he was sorry for making bad choices.

Alma the Younger and the Four Sons of Mosiah went among the people from this time on preaching the gospel and teaching the people about Jesus. They became instruments in the Lord's hands as they tried to fix the damage they ad done by living wickedly.
