Create a Human Face

Create a Human Face
Make this face happy and then sad. It will be the most fun you've ever had!

The Create a Human Face Set includes:
-4 oval felt faces
-65 felt figures
-instructions for usage

The oval faces measure approximately 5 ½ inches by 9 inches.

These fun faces are ready to go. You can select different eyes, noses, mouths, ears, eyes, and even hair. There are a variety of options for each so you can depict all kinds of people. The figures that come with Create a Human Face set are a variety of shades so you can discuss different ethnicities as well.

The combinations for the Create a Human Face can be serious or silly. You can use it to discuss emotions or parts of your face. Children with autism, developmental delays, and sensory issues find the Create a Human Face helpful in both by identifying different emotions or using the felt figures to show someone how they are feeling.

Use the Create a Human Face as a starting point for a discussion about how people can look different and that it is ok to be and look different. As a special feature, this set has teeth with braces, an ear with a hearing aide, and eyes with glasses so you can talk about each of these needs and why they are necessary too.

Smaller kids can count the eyes and mouths and noses and then sort them into groups. Next they can create a face and then try to describe what makes them feel the way the faces look. Try happy, sad angry, shy, and more. Talk about other emotions that you might have a hard time showing too like embarrassment or nervous.

I recommend the Create a Human Face for kids ages 3 years old and older.

Have a silly face making contest. Have a judge and try to make the silliest face you can!
