If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with the Story Time Felts products they have purchased, they may return within 30 days for a full refund, less the original shipping charge.

Products must be returned in their original condition.

All returns must be transacted through the original authorized Independent Consultant.

All Story Time Felts products are also guaranteed against defective workmanship or materials for the period of one year from the time of purchase.

Normal wear and tear is excluded.
