You will need: -a box of pudding mix -milk -Oreo cookies -Gummy worms Make pudding according to directions on the box. Crush up Oreos. Put some of the cookie crumbs in the bottom of a serving bowl or Dixie cup. Place chilled pudding on top leaving room for more cookie crumbs on the top. Place a worm half over the side of the cup with the end in the pudding to hold him in place, then add the cookie crumbs to the top. Keep refrigerated until you eat! (its best to make these right before serving or the cookie crumbs will go soggy) You will need: -eggs -green food coloring -ham, cut into bite-size pieces Visit your local library and check out the book "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Suess and read it with a parent or by yourself. Then make your own green eggs and ham. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the green food coloring. Stir the eggs around until the food coloring is evenly mixed throughout. Add the ham and stir again. Pour entire mixture into a frying pan and scramble. Allow to cool a little before eating. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese if desired. Sing the song "The Wheels on the Bus" and then visit your local library and check out the book "The Wheels on the Bus" by Raffi and Sylvie Wickstrom and read it with a parent or by yourself. Then use the Story Time Felts pieces to tell the story and sing the song again from memory. Use the extra papers that come with the sets to learn new words to the song. You will need: -about 1 cup yogurt -your favorite fresh or frozen fruits and berries -granola Place some fruit in the bottom of a cup or bowl. Put about 1/2 cup of yogurt on top, another layer of fruit, another 1/2 cup of yogurt, and top with granola. Eat and enjoy. *try using Cheerios instead of granola. It's a yummy alternative. You will need: -1 1/2 cups milk -pudding (small package either chocolate or vanilla) -1/2 cup peanut butter -graham crackers Blend the milk and peanut butter together. Add pudding and beat well. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spread filling on graham crackers about 1/2-inch thick. Top with another graham cracker. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours. Makes about 12.
