-Neighborhood Phantom-

Print off the Neighborhood Phantom pages and then follow the instructions that are included! Have fun watching the neighborhood fill up with ghosts! (Pages are in PDF format.)

-Tissue Ghosts-
You will need:
-Box of Tissues
-Yarn (any color)
-Marker
-tape

To make take one tissue and wad it up into a ball. Place this tissue ball in the center of another tissue. Pull the second tissue around the first. The tissue ball becomes the head of the ghost. Tie the string just below the head into a knot. Be sure to tie the ghost closer to one end of the string so that you have the other end long. Use a marker to make a face on the ghosts. Tape the ghosts to doorways, ceilings and window frames. Try using different lengths of string to make some "float" higher and some lower. Put on the blades of a ceiling fan and turn on to watch them "fly".

-Busy Bunny-
Visit your local library and check out the book "Guess How Much I Love You" by Sam McBratney and read it with a parent or by yourself. Then use the Story Time Felts pieces to tell the story again from memory. Use the extra papers that come with the sets to tell other stories with the same pieces or make up a story of your own.

-Leaf Rubbings-
Gather some leaves from outside. Try to get different shapes and sizes. Place one of the leaves under a piece of paper. Place a crayon on its side and begin to rub it across the paper. A leaf will magically appear on the paper. You can make your leaves different colors by using different crayons.

-Cocoa-Mallow Ghosts-
You will need:
-6 cups Cocoa rice crispys
-1-10 oz. Bag of marshmallows
-3 Tablespoons butter or margarine

Measure the crispys into a large bowl. Set aside for now. Melt the butter or margarine in a sauce pan on the stovetop. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until melted. Pour mixture over the crispys and stir until evenly coated. Grease the cookie cutters that you want to use thoroughly. Press some of the mixture into the cookie cutters until they are mostly full. Carefully pull the cookie cutter off. You can decorate with sprinkles or other candies to add eyes, nose, and mouth.

-Imagination Fun-
Use the masks from the Imagination Fun Set to tell the story of the Gingerbread Man and the 3 Billy Goats Gruff. Take turns with each character. Then use your imagination to create a story using the same masks!

-Baked Bananas-
You will need:
-bananas
-mini marshmallows
-chocolate bar

Cut a peeled banana almost through in 1-inch slices. Insert into each slit a mini marshmallow and a small piece of chocolate. Seal up in a tin foil pouch and place in oven at 350 degrees (or on coals of a fire) for about 15 minutes. Eat and enjoy!

-Dolls-
Use the Vintage and Career Clothing or International Costumes or just the Doll Clothes that come with the Felt Dolls to Dress you doll up. Pretend that she is going to a costume party or that she's a detective who has to disguise herself. See how many different outfits you can get her to wear. You can also play this using regular dolls and their clothes.
